With over 25 years in the industry, my client delivers commercial/government offices, broadcasting studio fitouts, interior refurbs & EOT facilities. Due to an influx of work and an already stable project pipeline, the team is looking to expand to keep up with client demands.
The Role
As Site Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to oversee the on-site construction and delivery of fitout and refurbishment projects. This would involve coordinating subcontractors, designers and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed within budget and according to program.
Key Responsibilities
Not limited to:
- Provide regular updates to the Project Manager, Directors and other stakeholders on project status, including progress reports and budget updates.
- Ensure that work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, budget and quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers whilst resolving any issues or conflicts that arise on site
- Ensure that all work is carried out according to safety regulations and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3+ years experience in the fitout sector, commercial office preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or tertiary qualification/trade background
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Sound technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and make decisions that benefit the project as a whole
- Experience with project management/safety software beneficial
