About You
As the Assistant Store Manager of this incredible retail store and pharmacy, you will be experienced as a hands on people leader and store support, as well as a dedicated and results driven operational expert. Alongside your Store Manager and Regional Manager, you will drive and lead a large sales & customer service team, maintaining merchandising standards, stock control and monitoring of store expenses.
Your personality and professionalism will engage, inspire and motivate your team to achieve outstanding customer service and sales targets while you excel in operational requirements. Coming from an extensive retail, hospitality or sales and / or management background you will have a proven history of consistent and reliable performance, and love the challenge of personal development in a bricks and mortar environment!
