Description:
We are seeking a trade qualified Field Service Diesel Technician to join our William Adams team based out of our Horsham branch . This is a full-time permanent position, working a 5 x 2 (Monday - Friday) roster.

Your typical day will include:
- Onsite technical troubleshooting and fault finding including; diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on Cat equipment and their components; hydraulics, transmissions and engines
- Providing outstanding customer service to our loyal customers
- Compiling and completing accurate reporting
- Working autonomously to manage your time and maximise efficiency
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Liaising with our internal service and parts department
- Maintaining a William Adams service vehicle
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:
- Be a qualified Diesel Technician with extensive experience with Caterpillar machines (or similar)
- Be able to service customers and their equipment to a very high standard
- Have advanced mechanical diagnostic skills with Cat computer diagnostics knowledge (great to have)
- A proactive and positive attitude, with strong work ethic
- A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
- Hold a current Drivers and Light Rigid Licence (heavy vehicle licence is also highly regarded)
- Proven ability to be self-motivated and to work unsupervised
