Our practice is growing...and we are seeking a team member who is enthusiastic, loves to learn and enjoys working within a friendly and professional team. This role is based 3-4 days in Echuca with 1-2 days in Kyabram (based on the rotational Saturday).
- Provide exceptional customer service to our patients
- Assist patient to find the right eyewear based on their needs, fashion and lifestyle
- Actively participate in day to day operations of the practice
- Benefit from in-house and external training to ensure success in this role
- Rotating Saturday roster - 9am - 12noon
- No late nights!
About You
- Exceptional customer service, communication & people skills
- Retail and sales experience
- Enthusiasm, energy and drive to deliver the best possible outcome for our patients
- Work well within a team or independently
- Flexibility
- Must be able to travel between the 2 practice locations
Optical experience is welcome but not necessary as training will be provided to the successful applicant.
