Croydon World of Learning is offering an exceptional candidate a Lead Educator role within our fun-loving, supportive team. You will be a passionate, dedicated professional who strives to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children.
This role is flexible and we are happy to consider full time, part time and 4 days of work per week!
About Us
Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.
At capacity our centre caters for up to 110 children with operating hours from 7:00am to 6:00pm.
There is on-site parking for all team and a bus stop within stone's throw of the centre. Within walking distance, you will find out local supermarket and a great number of cafes to choose from!
We have a strong team with some of our educators being at the centre for over 10 years! Our staff room is on the top floor boasting its very own kitchen and huge space to really enjoy your break times!

About You
- You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
- An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A current Working with Children Check
- First Aid certificate
