We are seeking customer service focused individuals who have a passion for creating positive customer experiences to join ISS in the position of Traffic Officer at Launceston Airport on a Part Time or Casual basis.
The Position:
- Coordinate and direct traffic in pick up and drop off zones
- Direct and assist traveling passengers to and from terminals
- Maintain a safe environment for vehicles and people to move through
- Ensure and maintain a smooth and even flow of traffic at pick up and drop off zones
Minimum Criteria:
- Will be required to work outdoors in all kinds of weather (full wet/cold weather uniform provided)
- Be prepared to work varying shifts including days, nights and weekends
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to successfully pass Drug screening and Medical assessments
- Ability to obtain an ASIC (Criminal history clearance in the past 10 years)
- Hold an unrestricted licence and have own reliable vehicle
