Operating in several countries throughout the world, this opportunity as a qualified and experienced Maintenance Planner will see you in the Australian operation working at the McArthur River Mine, Northern Territory.

Family-owned business. About the role Appropriate planning of resources, parts, equipment and tools to ensure work progresses on weekly schedules in an effective and safe manner.
Cost management through optimised maintenance planning with adherence to supply policy and contractor management. Develop routine activity procedures for re-occurring tasks and assess preventative maintenance inspections.
Planning and Scheduling maintenance activities for short and long-term ranges. Planning and Scheduling change components activities for short and long-term ranges.
Experience and compliance monitoring for Fire suppression, ball stud, or any other certification required. Skills & Experience : Certificate S11 Current Australian Drivers Licence.
Mechanical Trade or Engineering Qualification. Willingness to complete a Pre-Employment Medical. 5 years mining maintenance experience with a minimum of 2 years in planning or scheduling disciplines.
Short-term and long-term planning experience with mobile equipment. Strong commitment to safety and a continuous improvement culture.
Highly developed interpersonal skills enabling liaison at all levels of the organisation. Extensive experience with a varied range of mining equipment & heavy plant maintenance.
Sound knowledge of heavy mobile equipment condition monitoring and analysis. The ability to budget and forecast components.
