As an E&I Supervisor at Monadelphous, you'll have the chance to : Showcase your leadership skills by providing mentorship and guidance to our dedicated workforce.
Actively monitor work practices, ensuring strict adherence to HSE policies and procedures.Manage performance effectively, maintaining our high standards of excellence.
Engage with clients, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns.Organize and execute work plans, promoting productivity and efficiency.
Lead a team of skilled technicians and tradespeople, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.Coordinate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and milestones.
Offer technical guidance and support to team members, troubleshooting any issues that arise.Foster a culture of safety and excellence, promoting positivity and productivity on site.
What you will bringRelevant trade qualification and a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in major mining / resources projects.
A strong commitment to safety and proven leadership capabilities.Innovative problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering high-quality work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.A proactive, motivated mindset, with a passion for achieving results.
