Reporting to the Supervisor, you will be;Supporting Machine shop team in wheel set manufacturing Trained in operating the bearings on and off stations, operation of Portals, REMAN area fundamentals, Component (BEARINGS AND CONSUMABLES) delivery and collection, loading wheelsets, SAP paperwork completion.
General hand / TA work supporting maintenance crews or if Trade based executing maintenance worksShutdown works when planned maintenance is being executedMisc tasks associated with cleaning / HousekeepingAssisting Tradesman in daily tasksRequired to perform manual tasks in hot weather extremesRequirementsForklift (LF) High Risk Licence (mandatory)Dogman (DG) High Risk License (preferred)HR Drivers License (preferred)Manual C Class Australian issued Drivers Licence (minimum)Ability to complete a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol screening
