Daily management of the Surgical Unit’s patients and clinical activities within the limits specified with your clinical privileges. The role:- Daily management of the Surgical Unit’s patients and clinical activities within the limits specified with your clinical privileges.
- Broad exposure to General Surgery including operating, emergencies and clinic.
- The role is well supported clinically with additional teaching and research opportunities.
- Rotation through 3 speciality teams - Breast/Endocrine, Colorectal and Upper GI/Hepatobiliary.
- The welcoming community surrounding the Hospital consists of natural scenery garnished with wineries, markets and distilleries and entertaining world class outdoor activities.
- Close contact with consultant staff.
- Limited evenings and weekends on call.
