Role and Key Responsibilities:

Achieve stretched targets and manage complex/ difficult employee situations.

Handle escalations (team and client)

Understand and drive metrics improvement.

Ensure that the internal/external targets are met, and the team shows continuous improvement month on month.

Impart coaching and feedback to mid and bottom quartile agents.
Key skills and knowledge:

Sales experience (minimum 2 years) with 4 years overall experience

Should had worked in Sales domain, Insurance sales will be preferred.

Flexible to work with 24*7 working window with 6 days working.

Strong Communication in English & Hindi.

People Management Skills

Proficient in MS Excel/ Power point

Ability to multi-task

Decision making ability.

Effective performance planning for self and team, time management and self-organization
Educational Qualification:- Graduation
