Hays Office Support are currently working with a well-known Financial Services company who operate on a national level. They have an innovative nature, passion for providing outstanding customer service and tailored solutions for their clients. They have the need for an experienced Office Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis to manage the team and administration duties.
Your new role
- Manage, support and develop the frontline administration staff (three direct reports)
- Dealing with all customer enquiries via phone, email and face to face
- Manage reception desk and guest experience functions, such as meeting room sets; food and drink service, stock-take, basic equipment cleaning
- Hard and soft facility management
- Contractor Management
- Maintaining security & access-within ISO27001, including access card management for staff and contractors
- Responsible for ensuring that the workplace is safe, and areas of concern are escalated as per SLA
- Record Management
- Other adhoc administration work as required
