Statewide Allied Health Services are looking for an Allied Health professional to join our team. The focus is building on our capacity to attract and recruit Allied Health Professionals across the State in a competitive environment.The role:
- Lead, develop and support continuous and targeted allied health professional recruitment campaigns, in collaboration with Allied Health Professional service managers and departments. Provide specialist advice on employment solutions and recruitment plans that meet business requirements, progress relevant regional priorities and enhance recruitment and retention strategies of allied health staff.
- Develop high quality Allied Health (AH) recruitment documentation including, procurement documentation associated with priority recruitment, professional development and workforce strategies, manuals, guides, and marketing materials that targets AH workforce and supports relevant Allied Health Services departments with recruitment processes.
- Liaise and screen potential applicants and provide ongoing candidate support to assist Allied Health Services departments with sourcing suitable national and international AH applicants, recruitment processes and clinical placements.
- Lead and coordinate projects for Statewide Allied Health Services that drive the delivery and evaluation of AH workforce engagement, retention and service improvements. Provide solutions and recommendations through high-level reports, briefings, submissions, and discussion papers that assess and address risks and achieve key outputs and end results.
