Administrator And Accounts Officer

Description:

Responsibilities:

• Administration: Handle general administrative tasks efficiently to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Reception/Front Office and Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service.

• Invoicing: Manage invoicing processes accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Managing Maintenance Requests: Coordinate and oversee maintenance requests, liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution and upkeep of facilities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) preferred but not required.

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
