We're on the hunt for talented Customer Care Representatives to join our next onboarding group in on April 30th, 2024. If you're someone who has a flair for creating memorable customer experiences and loves working in a vibrant team environment, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for people who are interested in Full-Time or Part-Time work, so feel free to speak to us about what interests you!

This role currently attracts a salary of $57,922.00 plus super if you work Full Time.


A Day in the Life:

As a Customer Care Representative, your main gig is supporting our customers over the phone with their transactions and queries. It's not just about processing transactions; it's about making someone's day a bit easier. You'll become the go-to person for customers navigating their banking needs.

We offer a rotational roster between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday. We also have optional overtime so if you’re super keen, we have shifts available on Saturdays from 9am-1pm.

We're looking for someone who loves to communicate. You will want to grow and learn while working hard to give our customers the best experience you can provide. You will have a solid understanding of what customers expect and a drive to exceed those expectations.
