We are seeking a Coordinator, Children’s Contact Services (CCS) to join our dedicated team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Children's Contact Service (CCS).
In this role, you will provide operational leadership and directly support clients. You will also be the go-to person for all things CCS operations, ensuring efficient workflow, staffing, and adherence to policies. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing new processes, analysing system data, and troubleshooting any CCS/Admin issues that arise. You will also lead team meetings and foster a collaborative environment.

As a CCS Case Manager, you will directly work with separated parents to help them reach agreements on child arrangements using your strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate complex situations.

Do you fit the bill?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as family services, social work, or community services.
  • A strong understanding of family dynamics and separation issues.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and experience with relevant software programs.
