We are on the look-out for a Senior Account Manager to join our Energy and Infrastructure Division. In this role you will develop and promote Protective and Marine products with existing & new customers to ensure the achievement of Budget sales and gross profit targets.

As the Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • End to end sales management with B2B customers and engaging with alligned businesses
  • Develop and expand contacts amongst Owners, Specifiers and Engineering Consultants to have Hempel approved and specified on major projects and corporate paint specifications.
  • Grow new and existing customers to full potential and increase Hempel's market share.
  • Prompt sales planning, pipeline management and forecasting to achieve sales efficiency and excellence.

In order to be considered for this role you will have:

  • A passion for B2B sales, solution/value selling or project sales
  • The ability to work in a fast and ever-changing team environment.
  • A minimum of 3 year's Sales management experience (Paint and Coatings desirable however product training and support will be provided)
  • An eye for detail with the ability to solve problems and lead change
  • Clear verbal and written skills
  • Competent in IT Systems, CRM, MS-office - excel, word, power point etc.
