Position: Casual Disability Support Worker
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or a related field.
- Previous experience working in the disability sector or a similar role is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and full comprehensive insurance.
- Current police check.
- Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) card.
- NDIS module Quality Safety and You.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting individuals with participating in community activities, social outings recreational programs.
- Supporting individuals to appointments and shopping
- Assisting individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Implementing individualised care plans and promoting independence and autonomy.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and completing client progress notes after each shift.

- Disability Support or equivilent: 1 year (Required)
Licence/Certification:
- First Aid Certification + CPR (or update before employment) (Required)
- Working with Vulnerable People Card (WWVP) (Required)
- National Police Certificate (Required)
- Driver Licence including Full Comprehensive Car Insurance (Required)
- Certificate in Disability or equivilent (Required)
Work Authorisation:
