RISSafety is the leading Australian owned company in the height safety and fall protection industry. With an Australia wide network of branches, RISSafety also design and install safety access systems, and provide inspections and certifications of installed systems across many industries that keep workers safe. Due to growth RIS is expanding and seeks to appoint great people who want to make a difference to join our team to continue to grow the national compliance inspections and services business.
About the role
We seek a dynamic and results-driven administration person to support our growth by preparing and maintaining our systems to delivery exceptional service to our clients.
The role is diverse and requires an individual who is flexible, able to work under pressure, provide prompt responses to client and technician enquiries and reports regularly to the Service Delivery Manager.
What you will do
- Preparing and maintaining records for work to be completed by our field technicians
- Data validation for accuracy
- Finalising documentation for our clients from our system including reports, invoices and uploading these to various client portals
What you need to bring to be successful

- Accurate data entry and administration tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, driving results in a rapidly evolving market
