Screening Recruitment and Cancer Prevention Officer is required to plan, develop, implement, deliver, and evaluate the recruitment, education, and acceptability of the screening programs.The role:
- Plan, develop, implement, deliver, and evaluate recruitment and education activities for Population Screening and Cancer Prevention, including responding to public enquiries on screening programs and related cancer issues.
- Prepare submissions, discussion papers and report on the recruitment and education functions of Population Screening and Cancer Prevention.
- Conduct face to face recruitment and education activities for community and professional groups.
- Develop and maintain knowledge and expertise in health promotion, education, and cancer prevention.
- Represent Population Screening and Cancer Prevention on committees or working groups as required.
