The Client:Our client is a highly successful and established franchise agency located on in the Parramatta area. They are known for their exceptional level of service, and dynamic, close-knit company culture. Seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage a well maintained portfolio.
The Role:
This Monday to Friday role will see you;
- Managing a portfolio of roughly 180 properties
- Monday to Friday only!
- Liaising with landlord & tenants
- Servicing clients
- Dealing with rent increases & bond claims
- Attending Tribunals
- NO Leasing, NO Accounts
- The portfolio is all local
The ideal candidate will possess the following;
- Previous Property Management experience required
- Must have current Certification of Registration
- Car & Drivers Licence
- Immaculate presentation and superior communication skills
- Able to work in a team
- Strong organisational skills
- Salary open depending on experience!
- Well known office in Western Sydney
- No weekend work
- Work with Directors that care
