Description:
The Friends’ School is delighted to be finalising the acquisition of the Argyle Motor Lodge, adjacent to our Argyle Street Campus. With this we are seeking an enthusiastic and organised person to join the Motor Lodge team as a casual Receptionist.
Initially there will be 30 hours work per week for 6 weeks starting from 15 April 2024, to cover a staff member taking leave, and then work will be ongoing on a casual basis as needed.
Shifts are six-hours long and are scheduled for either mornings or afternoons during the week, with some weekend work.
The Receptionist duties include, but are not limited to:
- Monitoring all emails, including bookings, enquiries and invoices.
- Supervising online inventory and managing forward reservations.
- Answering telephone enquiries.
- Updating customer profiles (contact details and preferences)
The casual Receptionist role is paid at Level 3 – Front Office Grade 2, under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020.
