We are seeking candidates for the position of Japanese Speaking Customer Service Representative for our client. You will be responsible for inputting orders, responding to emails and telephone calls, and creating quotations.
Description
Your key duties include but are not limited to:
- Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email)
- Input orders
- Coordinate with various internal stakeholders
- Create quotations
- General administration tasks, e.g., supplier invoices/ payment data entry
- Other ad-hoc duties as requested
Profile
In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths:
- Similar experience will be highly advantageous.
- Must be fluent in Japanese and English
- Attention to details.
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks at same time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within a team and flexibility to take on various duties
Working hours: 5:00 am- 1:36 pm (Monday to Friday)
