Role Overview
Reporting into the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for all first point of contact queries with the organisations customer base through multiple platforms.


A typical day in this role will see you providing an exceptional level of customer service via phone, email and various social media platforms in addition to liaising internally with multiple departments including marketing and logistics. This role will give you the opportunity to build critical long-lasting business relationships whilst acting as an ambassador for a true leader in its field.
Key Responsibilities

  • Providing above and beyond assistance to customers via inbound/outbound calls.
  • Live chat with existing and new customers about our products and services.
  • Respond to emails regarding customers' orders.
  • Accept and amend new or existing orders.
  • Interface with our marketing team to assist in answering customer queries and complaints in social media, online review and other relevant online community channels.
  • Track orders and liaise with internal/external logistics teams for any delivery questions.
  • Upsell product add on where possible.
  • Work with the team to achieve business objectives.
  • Resolve customer complaints.

Candidate Profile
Presenting with experience within the above mentioned duties, you have impeccable communication skills and your work is of the highest standard. You use your initiative to continually seek answers and follow up with key stakeholders regarding information required to manage customer queries. You are professional at all times and maintain a polite phone manner and have the confidence to liaise with all levels across the business.
To be successful in this role, you will be a natural high achiever who is looking to build your career long term at a true leader within the FMCG space. You are an ambitious and driven Customer Success Officer who presents with proven hands-on experience ideally within either the FMCG or Fitness industry and a true passion for providing exceptional customer service.
