Evoke Living Homes is a local family owned and operated builder specialising in Modular Homes.We construct all our homes in a manufacturing facility a short distance from Perth and are willing to include housing and accommodation as part of the package offered.
We are happy to customise a package to suit you including:
WEEKLY OR FORTNIGHTLY PAYMENT
HOUSING
NEGOTIABLE SALARY - minimum of $70,200 annual earnings for 38-hr week
SUPERANNUATION
CONSISTENT HOURS MON-FRI
At Evoke Living homes we like to encourage work life balance through consistent hours worked Monday to Friday, although weekend work can be offered if so desired.

Tasks Required For This Postion Include
- working with scaffolding/ladders
- protecting the work of other trades by using drop sheets
- preparing surfaces including filling holes and cracks, smoothing and sealing surfaces, and on occasion removing old paint for maintenance/repairs
- mixing paints to achieve required colours
- applying paints, varnishes and stains to surfaces using brushes, rollers and sprays
- maintaining/cleaning equipment
- maintaining work areas & a neat level of work
