About the role
Theatres at Maroondah are a dynamic and supportive environment built on a culture of teamwork. Surgical specialties at Maroondah Hospital include General, Orthopedic, Urology and Plastic surgery.
The ANUM portfolio will include management of a surgical specialty or portfolio and include Floor Coordination of a 4 theatre complex.
Shifts are 9.5hrs covering Monday to Thursday Night Duty, with periods of Day rotation each year.
About you
To be successful in this role you should possess:
- Current registration with AHPRA
- A minimum of 5 years Perioperative experience
- A minimum of 1 years Perioperative ANUM experience
- Post Graduate qualifications with the Perioperative Environment will be highly regarded
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
- A strong commitment to high quality care
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
