Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all daily activities on site including site safety
- Develop short look ahead plans in line with the target construction program
- Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with drawings, specs, and scopes
- Perform continual quality assurance inspections of all works
- Proactively seek out cost savings in materials, plant, and labour
- Maintain detailed and accurate site records
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role in the construction industry
- Experience supervising large industrial projects
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Site Management
- Strong organisational and time management capabilities
- Ability to identify cost and time savings to the project
- A willingness to be a driver and influencer of site safety not just a passenger
- Ability to lead a team and maintain a positive and productive site culture
