  • Provide a secure and comforting presence, ensuring each child feels valued, understood, and safe.
  • Foster an atmosphere of calmness and respect, encouraging positive social interactions among children.
  • Establish and maintain open lines of communication with parents, creating a partnership for the holistic development of each child.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow Educators to create a cohesive environment that reflects a sense of belonging and community.
  • Use keen observation skills to understand and respond to the unique needs and interests of each child.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to deepen your understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies.


Our successful applicant:

  • Working towards or hold a minimum of aDiploma in ECEC (or ACECQA approved equivalent);
  • Valid Blue Card
  • Child protection / Red Nose / Food Safety training (or willing to obtain);
  • Working knowledge of NQF, EYLF & Child Safe Standards
  • Genuine & demonstrated motivation and passion for working in the Early Childhood sector
