Our dedicated team are looking for charming and charismatic people to join our Front Office department as a Guest Service Agent.
About the role
This is a Part Time role. reporting directly to our Front Office Manager. You will be responsible for welcoming our guests at check in, and attending to their requests promptly and efficiently throughout their stay.
You will actively follow strict procedures with credit and cash transactions, issue of room keys and guest privacy. By anticipating our guests needs you will ensure they have a memorable experience.
About you
- Energy and passion for the hospitality industry
- Confident communicator with the talent to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High level of proficiency in MS Office suite
- Proven ability in OPERA
- Impeccable grooming and presentation
- Previous experience within a similar 5-star environment
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and nights
