Your OpportunityWe have an exciting permanent full-time Administration Officer role available to join our Western Queensland Administration team at TAFE Queensland's Roma Campus.
As the Western Queensland Administration Officer, you will provide a wide range of administrative and support services to the clients and delivery teams aligned to the Western Queensland region.
This position reports to the Western Queensland Manager.
Salary
The salary range for this position at the AO3 classification is $73,676 - $82,864 (gross) per annum.

- Demonstrate ability to plan, organise and monitor workflows, meet deadlines and ensure operational effectiveness of the team, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and experience working as a collaborative and effective team member ensuring high levels of service delivery and a proven ability to successfully interact with students, employers and organisational staff.
- Demonstrate ability to analyse issues and recommend appropriate action strategies within the parameters of relevant legislation, guidelines and frameworks.

- Possess knowledge and experience in achieving results through application of word processing packages, spreadsheet and database applications.
