Description:
- 10 week contract role, commencing early May
- Part-time, 3 days per week (1day WFH)
- Financial Accounting support
The Organisation A general practitioners’ network for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander registrars.
The Role Reporting to the CEO, your key responsibilities will include:
- Recording all accounts payable invoices and processing payments on a weekly basis (Xero)
- Payroll tax lodgement for April and May and processing the payment
- Invoicing for customer orders (Spiffy Stores)
- Issuing invoices as required
- Bank reconciliation
- Assistance to the CEO relating to the organisation’s budget
- Assisting with setting up EOFY
Skills Required To excel in this role, you must bring the following experience and attributes:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Exceptional Excel, Xero and CRM skills
- Sound and confident verbal and written communication skills
- A polite and professional manner
- Knowledge of not-for-profit sector highly regarded
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
