Our ClientOur client is an award-winning boutique agency, that now has a rare opportunity to join their team working closely with the Head of Department and property management team. Consequently, their business culture is one of excellence (and lots of fun). They encourage ideas and offer the opportunity for all staff to help shape the future success of the business via collaboration.
The Position
- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
- Managing 110 x properties within the inner eastern/southern suburbs
- Routine inspections with a shared Assistant Property Manager
- Final bonds
- Conducting home opens
- Overseeing maintenance
- Previous property management experience
- Tidy presentation & confident demeanor
- High-level customer service
- A team player who wants to add value to the department
