Description:
Techforce are currently seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor for a long term role with our Mining Services Provider client.
You will provide leadership and guidance to 15+ Operators to fulfill mining operations, beneficiation and mineral separation.You will apply your practical experience in a mining environment.
You will be supported in the role and encouraged to learn and develop your team with an emphasis on safe practices and high standards.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Executing effective leadership and direction to the operations team.
- Manage and co-ordinate employees, and facilities to ensure duties are performed in a timely, cost effective and professional manner.
- Effectively communicate clearly detailed objectives for your staff.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to your team.
- Promote a high level of safety awareness and encourage safe work practices.
- Schedule 26 Right to work as a Minesite Supervisor (Section 44 ok)
- 3-5 years leadership experience in the supervision of civil operators in a mining environment
- Nationally Accredited Competency Tickets
- NPC – valid within 12 months
- Pre – Employment Medical
- Full working rights in Australia
