As an Activities Coordinator, you will be working closely with the Centre Manager to deliver high quality recreational activities, provide exceptional customer service and support the staff to ensure our current timetable is reflective of community needs. Some of the responsibilities include:
  • Create a welcoming, vibrant and fun Centre culture for children & young people and staff
  • Promote the PCYC brand, mission and image within the local community
  • Ensure centre operational and recreational compliance, reporting and administration tasks are completed
  • Assist with the Centre financial performance, fundraising and budget management.

About you:
  • Experience with managing and developing recreation programs and activities
  • Experience and/or qualifications in customer service management, community and recreational services or another relevant field
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage staff with proven ability to lead under pressure and in challenging working environment
  • Posses or willing to obtain National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
  • Current Senior First Aid and or CPR certificate is desirable
