Your Impact

As an Educator at Goodstart Thornlie, you will be a team player, who is flexible and willing to support our centres and children when and where required. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

You'll help achieve this by

  • Engaging, and supervising children at all times
  • Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members
  • Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
  • Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Our Centre:

  • We are a high-quality centre, located in a cul-de-sac, close to schools, shops and community facilities
  • We promote gender quality and cultural diversity in all aspects of our programming
  • Our centre has two qualified Early Childhood Teachers who run our kindergarten programs
  • We are licenced for 81 places in our centre

If you have strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, plus hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved equivalent), then we want to meet you!
