Geology Technician
Northern Star Resources have a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Geology Technician, working in the Kalgoorlie.
This opportunity is offered as residential in the Goldfields working a family friendly 5/2, 4/3, 8/6 roster.
The successful candidate will assist in the collection and processing of geological samples to ensure the provision of timely and accurate data for subsequent analysis by Geologists.
Typical Tasks:
- Managing RC/DD/AC programs. flagging tracks, pad preparation, sampling, and rehab.
- Process DD core, ori's, metre marking, photographing, cutting, and sampling.
- Field work, mapping, fencing, tenement pegging, DGPS collar pickups etc.
Requirements
Essential
- Current "C" Class Western Australian Drivers Licence
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
