As a Career Consultant you will provide tailored support strategies to job seekers to support and guide them towards gaining meaningful and ongoing employment and. As a career consultant you will provide tailored support to job seekers, supporting and guiding them towards gaining meaningful employment and ultimately enhancing their lives. At Impact Services job seekers will be provided a one-to-one holistic approach and in house referrals to our complimentary services which is all part of our service delivery model.
Our Career Consultants support their job seekers though:
- Understanding their barriers, skills, and career goals.
- Assist job seekers with all aspects of the recruitment process.
- Motivating and encouraging job seekers into activities that lead to a desired outcome.
- Developing meaningful relationships with employers, which includes sourcing the most suitable vacancies for our job seekers.
ABOUT YOU :
- Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer literacy, organisation and administration skills.
- Self-motivated, confident and enthusiastic.
- Experience in customer service, providing a committed service leading to desired outcomes.
- Confident working towards KPI’s
- A desire to work for a company that is committed to allow our teams to progress and carry out the company values and purpose of the contract.
- Able to multitask, understand the priorities of the contract and the given KPI's.
- Confident to be able to approach external stakeholder, linking job seekers to the right employment opportunities.
