Description:
Our client is seeking experienced HR Drivers for temporary ongoing work. The main duties are pickup and delivery of gas bottles in the Kalgoorlie and surrounding region. 38 hours per week with overtime available during Winter. Monday to Friday, 6:30am starts. Dangerous Goods Drivers License and HR Drivers License are essential. Must be physically fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Pickup/delivery driving of up to 40 deliveries per day
- Attaching and detaching gas cylinders
- Loading and unloading of gas cylinders onto a truck
- Despatching and collecting LPG exchange cylinders at customer sites
- Testing cylinder joints for leakages
- Pushing and pulling of up to 85kg
- Completing daily driver manifests
- Recent experience as a multi-drop delivery driver
- Dangerous Goods Drivers License and experience essential
- HR Drivers License
- Manual handling experience
- Good knowledge of the Goldfields and surrounding regions
- Safety focused
- Ability to work within a team and when required to work independently
- Moderate computer skills required
