About the Role
As Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of the Darwin showroom. Your responsibilities will include meeting store performance targets, training knowledgeable sales staff, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and building customer relationships through exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will be in charge of store operations such as inventory management, visual merchandising, supplier coordination, and ensuring the store reaches its financial goals.
Requirements
- Previous retail or showroom management experience
- Familiarity with sales techniques and ability to train them
- Performance evaluation and team development skills
- Attention to detail Creative approach to visual merchandising
- A desire for career advancement in retail management
- Availability to work on weekends
