YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Our Mackay warehouse is full steam ahead at the moment and due to an increase in business needs we are hunting for Casuals, Part Timers and Full Time staff to join our new afternoon and night shift crews!
This is a fantastic opportunity to kick start your long term career in a Wesfarmers business, and we have a range of shifts and lots of hours available between 12 noon and 3am at night, Monday to Friday. This is a great chance for those looking for flexible work hours and/or an additional income!
We are hiring quickly, with recruitment assessment centres starting in the next week or two, and an immediate start for those that are successful. Previous applicants for our Storeperson roles are also encouraged to apply.
What your new role entails:
- Picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders
- Receiving, labelling, and storing of incoming goods
- Conducting, sorting, loading, and unloading of vehicles
- Ensuring shelves are adequately stocked and displayed
- Forklift operations within the warehouse where required
What you’ll bring with you:
- Good communication skills, a great work ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude
- A customer service mindset and the ability to work well in a team
- Previous warehousing experience within receiving, pick, pack and/or dispatch an advantage
