Are you an experienced and compassionate Aged Care Registered Nurse seeking an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of the elderly?
Join our esteemed client, offering night shifts, either part-time or full-time positions located 10 minutes from Coolangatta!
About the Role:
In this rewarding role, the Aged Care Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to elderly residents within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centered care to residents based on their individual needs and preferences.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
• Monitor residents’ health conditions and promptly report any changes.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans.
• Assist residents with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of residents’ care and progress.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration.
• 6 months previous experience within a Residential Aged Care Facility (Australia)
• Excellent clinical skills and the ability to provide compassionate care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of aged care regulations and standards.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with the elderly.
