What qualities you will need to bring to our team:
- No prior experience is necessary, however a passion and drive for working with the early years is required
- An ability and desire to complete your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Hold a Current Working with Children Check
- Meet companies professional ethics and conduct responsibilities
- Work in partnership with the Educating Teams, Educational Leader and Centre Director
- Great presentation, initiative and willingness to learn and grow alongside our team

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- An ability and desire to complete your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- A Current Working with Children Check/Blue card
