We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee to join our team at Harmony Everton Park. At Harmony, our Trainees enjoy:

No past experience is necessary, however a passion for working in early years education and care is a must. As a Trainee you will learn how to support the delivery of quality education and care, ensuring that all children are inspired to investigate, create and explore their environment and participate in the educational program.
What qualities you will need to bring to our team:
  • No prior experience is necessary, however a passion and drive for working with the early years is required
  • An ability and desire to complete your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Hold a Current Working with Children Check
  • Meet companies professional ethics and conduct responsibilities
  • Work in partnership with the Educating Teams, Educational Leader and Centre Director
  • Great presentation, initiative and willingness to learn and grow alongside our team

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
  • An ability and desire to complete your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • A Current Working with Children Check/Blue card
  • The ability to meet Harmony’s professional ethics and conduct responsibilities
  • An ability to work in partnership with the Educating Team, Educational Leader and Centre Director
  • Great presentation, initiative, and willingness to learn and grow alongside our team
