About The Role
We are currently seeking a motivated Production Assembler Intern to join our client team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling the PCBs, testing and building sub-assemblies, harness assembly, diagnosing and repairing faulty PCBA, and performing various other production tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Perform assembly of PCBs according to work instructions
- Conduct testing, recording, and building of sub-assemblies
- Carry out harness assembly and splicing
- Perform periodic maintenance of production test jigs
- Engage in mechanical assembly and packaging
- Inspect the assembled products for quality control, report findings, and provide recommendations
- Document the work procedures and maintain records of manufactured items
- Comply with all health, safety, and environmental legislation, policies, and procedures
- Must have completed Certificate course or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Demonstrates strong teamwork skills
- High level of soldering skills
