Your primary role involves overseeing the entire sales process, from crafting and delivering marketing materials to ensuring adherence to corporate policies and supplier deadlines.

- Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns, including preparing sales contracts and managing client databases.
- Ensure timely property listings on website portals.
- Efficiently manage sales transactions and client records.
- Arrange new listings, settlement tasks, and client gifts.
- Assist agents with marketing inquiries and the sales process.
- Contribute to team marketing efforts and oversee social media accounts.
- Resolve administrative issues and streamline processes as necessary.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and maintain meeting records.
- Certificate of Registration is a must.
- Two years of experience in Real Estate marketing.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive mindset.
