Outbound calls to update customers on order status Answer inbound calls, emails to allocate work generated Maintain customer data in systems
- Plan & execute proactive outbound communication to advise customers on status of orders; issues & enquiries until they are resolved to customers satisfaction,
- Answering telephone/email/inbound communication promptly, allocating the work generated from inbound communication appropriately for ALS, CCP and BMT as required.
- Maintain customer data in systems so it is up to date for all prospective and current clients
- Maintain a sound knowledge of products and services, ensuring that you are up to date with any changes and attending training sessions as required for new product launches Need CRM experience e.g. salesforce
