Senior PM for large scale multi million dollar project

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing all aspects of construction projects, from conception to completion, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting to construction and final delivery.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Monitor and control project costs, resources, and quality to ensure adherence to project goals and standards.
- Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential issues and delays.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards throughout the project.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Must have experience in the construction industry!
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on luxury residential and commercial developments.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Must have experience with prestigious and luxury units.
