Australian based Construction and material company | Located in Sydney CBD
This is a full-time permanent position with an immediate start. This role will expand to include more management accounting functions in the near future.Your new role:
- Process Accounts Payable invoices and payments
- Issue monthly invoices and manage Accounts Receivables
- GL, Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register
- Assist in Inventory control and debt collection
- Assist with month-end procedures
- Assist in preparation of BAS, IAS, and other tax lodgment's
- General Administration tasks
- An Accounting degree with 2 years working in a similar role
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel intermediate
- SAP Business one experience (Preferred but not essential)
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive approach and positive attitude
