Lead Educator (Baby Room) - Mascot

This well resourced and wonderful Centre in Mascot are seeking a Lead Educator to join their Baby Room .
Offering:

• Up to $38ph
• Full-time, permanent employment
• 4 or 5 working days, condensed hours options
• Baby Room
• Well equip and resourced Centre
• Close to transport links
• 2 additional Educators in the room
• Time off the floor to engage in professional development

Successful applicants will have:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Valid First Aid Certificate
• A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled at coaching and mentoring
• A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education
• Right to Work in Australia (without restriction)
• At least 6 months experience as an Educator, or similar
