As an Early Childhood Diploma Educator, or ECT you will play a pivotal role in;
- Supporting young children’s development and growth through the Early Years Learning Framewor k (EYLF).
- Creating a safe space for children to express themselves, explore and discover encouraging an open and diverse environment for personal development.
- Observing and assessing children’s progress and contributing to plans for development.
- Building strong partnerships with families, fostering a sense of community.
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care or similar
- Working with Children Check ( WWCC )
- First Aid Certifications
