Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a multidisciplinary team in the delivery of various digital projects aimed at improving user experiences.
• Plan, design, coordinate, and execute project activities in alignment with established governance and project management methodology.
• Identify, manage, and monitor project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports, including status updates and documentation.

Your Role: As the Project Manager, you will take personal responsibility for:

• Overseeing all aspects of project management and implementation.
• Creating, updating, and maintaining project schedules.
• Developing and delivering project reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Delivering high-quality project documentation to support project activities.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Proven track record of collaborating with user-centered designers to achieve project goals.
• Experience managing IT systems customization projects, including vendor management and procurement.
• Strong background in IT systems project management.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also taking ownership and accountability for project success.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively.
